I'm Eric Rapin and I work at Adobe in San Francisco as a full-time Agile Coach and Trainer. After taking a 2-day course on Retrospective Facilitation (twice!) with Diana Larsen and Ainsley Nies (at UC Berkeley Extension and in-house at Adobe), I have become very passionate about retrospectives and have come to realize how critically important they are to continuous improvement. I have been applying this in a number of retrospectives and feel there is much yet to learn.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and learning more about how to get better.
